Teachers and environment

I was walking to school today and I passed by my CSPE/English teachers' house. I always look at it to see if i'm late because if her car is gone, I'm late and if its parked, I'm ok. So today I looked and for some reason, I thought about how teachers are almost hypocrytical to their enviroment. I looked at how my CSPE teacher, who constantly talks about the environment, drives the 500 metres to school. I think that only one teacher in the entire school walks! And the only teacher that I know that carpools only does it becausethe person she carpools with, Ana our spanish assistant, probably doesn't own a car. And I've never seen a teacher do even a tiny gesture for the environment. My CSPE teacher was mysteriously "missing" the day we had a neighbourhood clean up. Your thought for the day!
